We are seeking an experienced Account Manager for our Real Estate business who has strong hands-on knowledge of GST, taxation, TDS, and group accounting. The candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end accounting activities and ensuring statutory compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage day-to-day accounting of real estate projects
- Handle GST compliance (returns, reconciliations, filings)
- Manage TDS deductions, returns, and compliance
- Prepare and maintain books of accounts
- Handle group company accounting and inter-company transactions
- Manage vendor payments, client receipts, and bank reconciliations
- Assist in finalization of accounts, audits, and tax assessments
- Ensure compliance with Income Tax, GST, and other statutory laws
- Coordinate with CA, auditors, and consultants
- Prepare MIS reports and financial statements for management

Required Skills & Knowledge:

- Strong knowledge of GST, Income Tax, TDS, and statutory compliances




- Experience in real estate / construction accounting (mandatory)
- Knowledge of group accounting & inter-company transactions
- Proficiency in Tally / accounting software
- Good understanding of banking and reconciliation processes
- Strong analytical and organizational skills

Preferred Qualifications:

- B.Com / M.Com / CA Inter / equivalent
- Practical experience in real estate or construction sector

Job Type: Full time

Pay: ₹360,000.00 - ₹420,000.00 per year

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
