Job Summary
We are looking for a Solution Designer who can understand client business requirements and design suitable technical solutions. The candidate will work closely with customers, sales, product, and technical teams to convert business requirements into practical solution designs.
Key Responsibilities
Understand client requirements and prepare solution designs.
Design solutions based on business and technical requirements.
Work with the Sales/Pre-Sales team during client discussions and presentations.
Prepare solution documents, architecture diagrams, and technical proposals.
Coordinate with development and technical teams for solution implementation.
Participate in client meetings, requirement gathering, and solution discussions.
Provide technical support during the pre-sales and implementation stages.
Ensure solutions are scalable, secure, and aligned with business needs.
Required Skills
4+ years of experience in Solution Design, Technical Consulting, Pre-Sales, or Solution Architecture.
Good understanding of APIs, REST APIs, integrations, and cloud technologies.
Knowledge of system integration and enterprise applications.
Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to understand business requirements and convert them into technical solutions.
Good communication and client-facing skills.
Experience preparing technical proposals and solution documents.
Valuable to Have
Experience with eInvoicing, Peppol, B2B integration, or digital transaction platforms.
Knowledge of AS4, SMP/SML, APIs, XML/JSON.
Exposure to AWS/Azure, Docker, Kubernetes, or similar technologies.
