About the Role

We are looking for a smart, enthusiastic, and self-motivated Sales & Marketing Admin to join our team. The ideal candidate should be confident in interacting with customers, supporting sales activities, managing social media updates, and assisting with marketing campaigns. This role offers an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates and aspiring marketing professionals to gain practical experience in sales, customer engagement, and digital marketing.

Key Responsibilities

- Respond to customer enquiries through phone, WhatsApp, email, and social media.
- Generate leads, follow up with prospective customers, and support the sales conversion process.
- Promote the company's products and services through digital and local marketing activities.
- Assist in managing social media platforms, including creating posts, reels, and promotional content.
- Maintain customer records, sales reports, and CRM/database accurately.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and customer support.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
- Assist in planning and executing promotional campaigns, exhibitions, and marketing events.
- Prepare daily and weekly activity reports for management.

Eligibility

- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
- Final-year students or candidates awaiting results are also encouraged to apply.
- Freshers are welcome. Previous experience in sales, customer support, marketing,



or social media management will be an added advantage.

Required Skills

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluency in Malayalam with working knowledge of English.
- Basic computer skills, including MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp Business, and other social media platforms.
- Basic knowledge of Canva, CapCut, or similar content creation tools is a plus.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and customer-focused mindset.
