The role involves communicating with international clients, generating leads, and supporting sales in global markets. Key Responsibilities:
- Communicate with international clients via email, calls, and online platforms
- Handle client inquiries and follow up for business conversion
- Coordinate with internal teams for order processing and dispatch
- Maintain client database and prepare reports
- Support export documentation and basic coordination (if required)
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
