What you’ll own

- Pipeline: the full sales cycle end-to-end — prospect, qualify, demo, negotiate, close.
- Expansion: drive additional-module adoption inside live clients and grow contract value.
- New logos: open net-current logos across cooling towers, oil & gas, manufacturing and industrial firms.
- Consultative selling: sell to founders, CFOs and operating heads — ROI and operations, not features.
- Build the engine: CRM, pipeline reporting, pricing and proposal discipline from scratch.

You’ll thrive here if you have

- 6–7 years in B2B sales / GTM — SaaS, enterprise software, or technical / industrial solution selling.
- A real track record: deals you personally sourced and closed,



a number you carried and hit.
- Credibility in the room with senior technical and finance buyers.
- The temperament to build in a low-structure, early-stage environment — you like the blank page.
- Bonus, and a big one: existing relationships in industrial, engineering or energy sectors.

Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year
