We are looking for a proactive and experienced Senior Finance Executive to manage accounting operations while supporting business decisions in our growing e-commerce business. The ideal candidate should understand management objectives, take ownership of responsibilities, think beyond routine accounting tasks, and contribute to improving financial and operational processes.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage day-to-day accounting transactions and financial records.
- Handle accounts payable, receivable, bank reconciliations, and bookkeeping.
- Prepare and file GST and TDS returns accurately and on time.
- Prepare financial statements, MIS reports, budgets, and cash flow reports.
- Monitor e-commerce transactions, marketplace settlements, payment gateway reconciliations, and vendor payments.
- Ensure statutory compliance and coordinate with auditors and consultants.
- Analyze financial performance, identify cost-saving opportunities, and support management with business insights.




- Take ownership of finance-related responsibilities and contribute to process improvements across departments.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 1+ years of experience in accounting and finance (e-commerce experience preferred).
- Hands-on experience in GST and TDS filing is mandatory.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software (Zoho Books, Tally, or similar).
- Robust analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently with a proactive, business-oriented mindset.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
