Role Summary - PD&EX; Management Services Private Limited is looking for a qualified and experienced Architect to join our engineering consultancy team. The candidate will primarily work on projects related to Urban Infrastructure, Public Buildings, Housing, Industrial Infrastructure, and Municipal Development Projects. The ideal candidate should have experience in architectural planning, design, preparation of drawings, and coordination with multidisciplinary teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Preparation of architectural plans, elevations, sections, and working drawings.
- Architectural planning and design of public and infrastructure projects.
- Preparation of concept plans, DPR drawings, BOQs, and technical reports.
- Ensuring compliance with NBC,



local building byelaws, and project requirements.

Experience Requirements

- Minimum 1 year of relevant skilled experience.
- Candidates with consultancy experience will be preferred.

Educational requirement

- B.Arch. from a recognized institution.
- Registration with the Council of Architecture (COA) is mandatory.
