The Assistant Manager / Deputy Manager – Sales is responsible for driving business growth by developing sales strategies, expanding the customer base, managing key customer relationships, and achieving revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Achieve sales and revenue targets through effective business development.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to expand the customer base.
- Lead, mentor, and monitor the performance of the sales team.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and key accounts.
- Identify new market opportunities and monitor industry trends and competitor activities.
- Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and revenue analysis for management.
- Coordinate with production, merchandising, logistics, and finance teams to ensure timely order execution and customer satisfaction.
- Negotiate pricing and commercial terms with customers.
- Participate in customer visits, trade exhibitions, and business meetings.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Textile Engineering, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- 5–8 years of experience in textile sales with relevant Industry experience.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills.
- Good knowledge of textile products and market dynamics.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
