Salary: ₹3 – ₹9 LPA (Based on experience and industry standards)

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Overseas Educational / MBBS abroad Counsellor to guide students through the process of studying abroad. The ideal candidate will provide expert guidance on course selection, university admissions, visa processes, and career opportunities while maintaining excellent relationships with students and parents.

Key Responsibilities:

Counsel students on international education options, eligibility, and application processes.

Provide guidance on university selection, admission procedures, and required tests (IELTS, TOEFL, SAT, etc.).

Assist students in preparing application documents, including SOPs, LORs, and resumes.

Offer visa counseling and support students through the visa application process.

Stay updated on admission deadlines, scholarships, and education policies for countries like the USA, UK, Canada, Australia, and Europe.





Coordinate with universities, institutions, and embassies for seamless admissions.

Conduct seminars, webinars, and presentations to promote study-abroad opportunities.

Maintain student records and follow up on inquiries to convert them into successful applications.

Support marketing activities such as social media campaigns, events, and fairs.

Qualifications & Skills:

Education: Bachelor's or Master’s degree in any discipline (preferably in Education, Counseling, or International Studies).

Experience: Min. 3 years in study abroad counseling or education consultancy.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and persuasion skills.

Strong knowledge of overseas education systems, universities, and visa processes.

Ability to work independently and achieve targets.

Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software is a plus.
