Job Summary

The Sales & Marketing Head will be responsible for driving business growth, generating new business opportunities, achieving revenue targets, managing key client relationships, leading the sales and marketing team, and strengthening the company's brand presence.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute sales & marketing strategies to achieve business targets.
- Generate new business from hospitals, corporates, institutions, industries, and healthcare sectors.
- Lead client meetings, presentations, negotiations, and contract closures.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
- Identify new markets and business opportunities across India.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, tenders, and commercial offers.




- Lead and monitor the Sales & Marketing team to achieve KPIs.
- Plan and execute branding, digital marketing, and promotional campaigns.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
- Coordinate with Operations, HR, and Finance for smooth project execution.
- Prepare sales forecasts, business reports, and MIS for management.

Qualifications

- MBA/PGDM in Marketing or Business Administration preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in any relevant discipline.

Experience

- 8–12+ years of Sales & Marketing experience.
- Minimum 3 years in a leadership role.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
