Main Objective

Lead Exhale Wellness's marketing efforts to maximize brand growth, leveraging strategic marketing practices despite product category challenges.

Responsibilities

Develop, execute end-to-end marketing strategies focusing on SEO, affiliate marketing, email marketing, website design.

Manage compliant marketing campaigns, finding alternatives to major ad platform restrictions.

Utilize data analytics for CRO and CTR improvement, impacting revenue growth.

Manage social media, aligning with US pop culture to engage target audience.

Design impactful email marketing campaigns.

Lead community building efforts, enhancing brand loyalty.

Qualifications





Proven e-commerce marketing management experience with growth impact, preferably in the US market.

Expertise in SEO, affiliate marketing, email marketing, website design with CRO, CTR improvement evidence.

Strong grasp of US market, pop culture.

Community building experience.

Creative problem-solving for CBD, Delta 8 product advertising.

MBA preferred or equivalent experience.

Excellent communication, team management skills.

Preference will be given to candidates with experience in e-commerce in the US market.
