We are looking for a skilled GCP Data Engineer with robust hands-on experience in building and managing data pipelines on Google Cloud Platform. The ideal candidate should have deep expertise in Airflow, BigQuery, and Dataproc, along with strong SQL and cloud fundamentals.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain scalable data pipelines on GCP
- Work extensively with Apache Airflow for workflow orchestration
- Develop and optimize data solutions using BigQuery
- Utilize Dataproc for large-scale data processing
- Write efficient and optimized SQL queries for data transformation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements
- Ensure data quality, reliability, and performance of data systems
Required Skills
- Strong hands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
- Proficiency in Apache Airflow, BigQuery (BQ), and Dataproc
- Strong SQL skills
- Good understanding of cloud data architecture and ETL processes
- Experience working in a production environment with large datasets
Additional Requirements
- Candidate must be based in Gurgaon or willing to relocate
- Comfortable working in a hybrid model (3 days/week from client office)
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
