We are hiring an experienced ServiceNow HRSD Architect with deep expertise in HR Service Delivery (HRSD) and Labor & Employee Relations (LER) for a long-term remote contract opportunity.

Key Responsibilities

- Architect and design end-to-end ServiceNow HRSD solutions.
- Lead implementations of:
- Employee Service Center (ESC)
- HR Case Management
- Knowledge Management
- Employee Document Management (EDM)
- Labor & Employee Relations (LER)
- Conduct discovery workshops and translate HR business requirements into scalable ServiceNow solutions.
- Define solution architecture, technical design documents, integration architecture, and implementation strategy.
- Ensure platform governance, security, scalability, and ServiceNow best practices.

Mandatory Skills

- 8–10 years of ServiceNow experience.
- Strong hands-on expertise in ServiceNow HRSD.
- Deep implementation experience with Labor & Employee Relations (LER).
- Experience designing Employee Relations processes including:
- Employee complaints & grievances
- Workplace investigations
- Disciplinary actions
- Performance management
- Accommodation requests
- Ethics & compliance cases
- Exit & separation management
- Experience configuring:
- HR Case Management
- Knowledge Management
- Employee Service Center
- Employee Document Management
- Role-based security and confidentiality controls
- Case routing and escalation workflows
- Dashboards, reporting, and analytics

Integration Experience

Hands-on experience integrating ServiceNow HRSD with enterprise HR platforms such as:

- Workday
- SAP SuccessFactors
- Oracle HCM




- ADP
- Ceridian
- EthicsPoint / NAVEX
- Other HR, payroll, or legal systems

Experience with:

- IntegrationHub
- REST APIs
- SOAP APIs
- MID Server
- Import Sets
- Transform Maps
- Bi-directional integrations
- Data mapping and synchronization

Nice to Have

- ServiceNow ITSM knowledge
- Incident, Change, Problem, Request Management
- HRSD–ITSM integrations
- GDPR/HIPAA compliance knowledge
- Solid client-facing consulting experience
- Architecture and solution design expertise
