We are looking for a Client Relationship Executive to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, address their queries, and ensure a positive customer experience. This role is ideal for fresh graduates with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain relationships with clients.
- Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels.
- Coordinate with internal teams to address client requirements.
- Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate client records and documentation.
- Prepare reports on client interactions and feedback.
- Support business development and customer retention initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Robust interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
