Job Title: Staff Nurse

Location: Vedansh Hospital, Greater Noida

Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Staff Nurse to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality care to our patients, ensuring their comfort, safety, and well-being. The Staff Nurse will be responsible for assessing patient health problems and needs, developing and implementing nursing care plans, and maintaining medical records.

Key Responsibilities:

- Patient Care:
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans.
- Monitor, record, and report symptoms or changes in patients' conditions.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
- Educate patients and their families on health conditions, treatments, and post-hospital care.
- Clinical Duties:
- Perform diagnostic tests, analyze results, and consult with physicians.
- Operate and monitor medical equipment.
- Assist in surgeries and medical procedures.
- Maintain accurate and detailed medical records.
- Ensure that patient rooms and work areas are clean and sterile.
- Communication:
- Communicate effectively with patients,



families, and other healthcare team members.
- Provide emotional support and advice to patients and their families.
- Document all care information concisely, accurately, and completely, in a timely manner.
- Compliance and Safety:
- Adhere to all hospital policies and procedures.
- Follow infection control and safety protocols.
- Participate in quality improvement activities.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements.

Qualifications:

- Education: Diploma or degree in Nursing from an accredited institution.
- Licensure: Current nursing license in U.P
- Experience: Minimum 1 years of nursing experience preferred.
- Skills:
- Robust clinical skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in using medical software and equipment.
- certification preferred

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
