Summary

We are looking for an experienced Senior HR professional with 10–15 years of experience to manage recruitment, employee relations, HR operations, and ensure smooth functioning of the HR department. The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

Education

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- MBA/PGDM in Human Resources is preferred.

Technical Skills

- Knowledge of HR policies and labor laws.
- Experience with recruitment and employee onboarding.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Familiarity with HRMS software is preferred.
- Robust communication and interpersonal skills.
- Leadership and team management abilities.




- Good problem-solving and decision-making skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding.
- Develop and implement HR policies.
- Handle employee relations and performance management.
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws.
- Conduct employee engagement and training activities.
- Support management with HR planning and strategies.

Experience

- 10–15 years of experience in Human Resources.
- Experience in recruitment, employee relations, compliance, and HR operations.

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
