Rajan Hospital and Heart Centre is looking for a strong, experienced leader to join as our Nursing Superintendent. We need a highly organized and clinical expert to manage our nursing staff, oversee daily hospital operations, and ensure the highest standards of patient care, particularly within our intensive care units.

Main Duties:

- Assume overall responsibility for the administration and effective operation of all nursing services within the hospital.
- Lead, supervise, and mentor nursing staff, ensuring strict adherence to hospital policies, healthcare regulations, and standard operating procedures.
- Manage shift allocations, daily rosters, and resource distribution to ensure optimal staffing levels across all wards and critical care units.
- Coordinate directly with clinical heads, the Medical Superintendent, and hospital management to streamline patient care, resolve operational challenges, and improve clinical outcomes.
- Monitor and enforce stringent infection control protocols and quality assurance standards across the facility.
- Conduct performance evaluations, facilitate regular training programs (including BLS/ACLS updates),



and handle nursing staff grievances or disciplinary actions.
- Oversee patient care in high-acuity environments, ensuring staff are equipped and prepared for medical emergencies and complex critical care scenarios.

Requirements:

- Experience: Strictly 5 Years (Must include proven supervisory/administrative experience). Strictly critical care (ICU/CCU) experience is a must.
- Skills: Strong hospital administration and clinical management, staff supervision and roster planning, advanced critical care expertise, crisis management and emergency response, conflict resolution, and excellent interpersonal communication.
- Salary: Equivalent to experience and skill.
- Relocate: Willing to relocate to Kotkapura, Punjab.
