Job Role:

Customer Support Executive – Voice Process

Job Location:

Airoli, Navi Mumbai

Shift Timing:

US Shift

5:30 PM – 7.00 AM (9 Hours)

Salary: 18,000 - 28,000 (Hiring for fresher also )

(For candidates with minimum 1 year international voice experience)

Key Responsibilities:

Handle inbound customer queries through calls

Resolve customer concerns related to orders, delivery, refunds, accounts, and products

Maintain excellent customer satisfaction and call quality

Provide accurate information and timely resolutions

Follow company guidelines and compliance policies

Eligibility Criteria:

Excellent English communication skills

Freshers can apply





Experience in international voice process is an added advantage

Comfortable with rotational week offs and night shifts

Immediate joiners preferred

Travel Allowance:

One Way: ₹1750

Two Way: ₹3500
