Virtual Clone is looking for a detail-oriented Credit Controller to manage outstanding receivables and ensure timely collection of payments from clients. The role involves maintaining strong client relationships, monitoring accounts, and supporting the finance team in managing cash flow effectively.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Monitor customer accounts and track outstanding invoices.
- Follow up with clients via email and calls to ensure timely payment of dues.
- Maintain accurate records of client communications and payment updates.
- Reconcile client accounts and resolve any billing discrepancies.
- Prepare aging reports and provide regular updates on outstanding balances.
- Coordinate with the finance and internal teams regarding invoice queries.




- Ensure proper documentation and compliance with company credit policies.
- Support month-end reporting and accounts receivable processes.

Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in credit control, accounts receivable, or a similar finance role.
- Good communication skills for client follow-ups and negotiations.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software.
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and meet deadlines.

Shift Timing- 7:30AM to 4:30PM
