Key Responsibilities:

- Handle customer service activities for import shipments (Sea & Air) from pre-arrival to final delivery
- Coordinate customs clearance documentation and procedures as per regulations
- Prepare, check, and submit import documents including Invoice, Packing List, BL/AWB, etc.
- Track shipment status and provide regular updates to customers
- Ensure timely filing of Bill of Entry and follow up on assessments, duty payment, and examination
- Resolve customer queries, issues, and escalations efficiently
- Maintain accurate records and update systems with shipment and clearance details




- Coordinate with internal operations, finance, and documentation teams with internal teams and external stakeholders for timely documentation

Required Qualifications:

- Graduation is a must
- Experience in Customs Clearance and Freight forwarding Industry only.
- Positive communication skills; verbal and spoken for day to day emails and other
- coordination.
