Power Apps Developer Pune · Full Time · Hybrid

About the Role We are looking for an experienced Power Platform Developer to design and develop enterprise-grade business applications using Microsoft PowerApps, Power Automate, and SharePoint. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience building scalable, secure, and user-friendly solutions that automate business processes and enhance collaboration across the organization. The role requires working closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions. The goal is to ensure security, governance, and compliance standards are followed across Power Platform solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-grade applications using Power Apps (Canvas & Model-Driven Apps).
- Develop and optimize workflows using Power Automate for business process automation.
- Build and customize SharePoint Online sites, lists, libraries, forms, and workflows.
- Integrate Power Platform solutions with Microsoft 365 services and third-party applications.
- Develop reusable components and ensure adherence to development best practices.
- Troubleshoot application issues, optimize performance, and provide production support.
- Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Ensure security, governance, and compliance standards are followed across Power Platform solutions.
- Participate in code reviews, testing, deployment, and documentation.

Requirements

- Have 5–10 years of IT experience.




- Possess strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Apps (Canvas & Model-Driven Apps).
- Have experience with Power Automate.
- Have experience with SharePoint Online.
- Have experience building enterprise-grade applications using Microsoft Power Platform.
- Have strong knowledge of SharePoint customization, lists, libraries, permissions, and forms.
- Have experience integrating Power Platform with Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Teams, Outlook, and other business applications.
- Have knowledge of Dataverse, connectors, and REST APIs.
- Be familiar with Power Platform governance and security best practices.
- Possess robust problem-solving and communication skills.

Good to Have

- Have experience with Power BI.
- Have knowledge of Azure Functions, Logic Apps, or Azure Services.
- Have experience with Power Platform ALM, solution deployment, and CI/CD.
- Hold Microsoft Power Platform certifications.
