- Job Description:
- Supervise day-to-day plant operations and manpower.
- Ensure production targets are achieved safely and efficiently.
- Monitor machine performance and coordinate with the maintenance team.
- Maintain production records and ensure quality standards.
- Ensure compliance with safety, housekeeping, and company policies.
- Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a chemical/process manufacturing plant.
- Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Diploma/B.E. in Chemical/Mechanical or relevant field preferred.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹36,000.00 per month
