Role Overview

We are seeking a energetic and driven Export Role to spearhead our international sales operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for expanding our global footprint, generating new leads, managing client relationships, and ensuring smooth execution of export processes. This role requires a proactive professional with strong business acumen and a passion for international trade.

Key Responsibilities

- International Sales: Drive sales growth in overseas markets by identifying new opportunities and expanding existing client relationships.
- Lead Generation: Research, identify, and engage potential international buyers, distributors, and partners.
- Business Expansion: Develop strategies to penetrate new markets and increase brand presence globally.
- Export Documentation: Handle all export-related documentation, compliance, and regulatory requirements.
- Market Research: Analyze global market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to inform sales strategies.
- Client Relationship Management:



Build and maintain strong relationships with international clients to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction.
- Coordination: Collaborate with logistics, production, and finance teams to ensure timely order fulfillment and smooth export operations.
- Sales Reporting: Prepare regular reports on sales performance, market insights, and business development activities.

Desired Candidate Profile

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, International Trade, or related field.
- 3–7 years of experience in export sales, preferably in FMCG or confectionery industry.
- Strong knowledge of export regulations, documentation, and international trade practices.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and deliver results under deadlines.
- Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with ERP systems is a plus.
