Key Responsibilities:

- Enter and update data accurately in company databases and systems.
- Review, verify, and correct data to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Maintain digital files, records, and databases in an organized manner.




- Coordinate with the content and operations teams to ensure timely data entry.
- Prepare and compile data reports as required by the management.
- Assist in maintaining records related to academic content, sales, or inventory (as assigned). Ensure confidentiality and security of all company data.

Qualifications:

- Minimum Bachelor’s degree preferred (any stream).
- Good typing speed and accuracy with proficiency in MS Excel and MS Word.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Prior experience in data entry or administrative work will be an added advantage.

Additional Information:

- Salary: Fixed (depends on interview feedback)
- Job Type: Full time Working Days: Monday to Saturday
- Working Time: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
