- Accurately prepare invoices for jewellery sales.
- Apply correct gold rate, making charges, GST, and discounts.
- Receive payments (Cash, Card, UPI, EMI, etc.).
- Maintain cash register and balance at day-end.
- Record daily sales in billing software.
- Submit reports
- Politely interact with customers during checkout.
- Clarify billing-related queries.
- Ensure cash and valuables are handled securely.
- Report suspicious activity immediately
- Maintain customer KYC for high-value transactions.
- File bills and GST records properly.
- Work with sales team and stock team to avoid billing errors.
- Inform manager if any discrepancy in stock or billing
