We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Vice President, Fund Reporting to join our team. This role is located in Pune .

In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:

- Oversee and manage the preparation and distribution of fund reports by demonstrating expertise in accounting services and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accuracy and compliance in financial reporting, aligning with BNY's strategic objectives.
- Drive process improvements within the fund reporting function to enhance efficiency and accuracy, supporting operational excellence.
- Lead and mentor a team of professionals, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
- Liaise with clients to understand their reporting needs and ensure service delivery meets or exceeds expectations,



demonstrating a client-focused approach.
Ensure adherence to internal controls and compliance with industry regulations, maintaining the integrity of financial data.

To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Qualified accounting qualification (e.g., CPA, ACCA) is highly preferred.
- Typically 7+ years of relevant experience in fund reporting
- Experience in financial reporting, US GAAP, IFRS is highly preferred.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to manage client relationships and cross-functional teams.
