Hiring: HR Manager (Immigration Industry Experience Mandatory)

Position: HR Manager

Experience Required:

- Minimum 3 years of HR experience in the Immigration/Study Abroad industry (Mandatory)
- Strong knowledge of recruitment, onboarding, HR operations, attendance, and employee engagement
- Experience hiring Visa Counselors, Telecallers, Sales Executives, and Back Office staff will be preferred

Key Responsibilities:

- End-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition
- Employee onboarding and documentation
- Attendance and leave management
- Performance management
- HR policy implementation
- Coordination with department heads for manpower planning
- Maintaining employee records and HR reports

Requirements:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong recruitment and interviewing skills




- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced setting
- Immediate joiners preferred

Salary: No Bar for the Right Candidate
