Academic Counsellor * (Females preferred)
Key Responsibilities:
- Identification & understanding of the Student’s need & counsel students to select appropriate study programs as per their interest.
- Handle inbound and outbound calls to generate applications & admissions for various courses offered at the Institute
- Handle Student and Parents’ queries over Phone, e-mail & Chat Sessions
- Manage regular communication with students and parents through Call, Whatsapp & other mediums of communication
- Effectively manage leads allocated & maintain student communication records.
- Generating & Handling Walk-Ins students for course enquires.
- Execute tasks allocated on back-end operations of Marketing & Admissions department.
- Individuals who take a disciplined approach towards building funnels, tracking feedback, prioritising tasks and overachieving targets and deadlines.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Positive verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work on and maintain data or records.
- Good MS-Office working skills
- Willingness to work on weekends ( if Needed)
- Genuine interest in helping people succeed.
