- Manage projects from concept to completion – ensuring timelines, budgets & quality.
- Lead & mentor a team of architects, designers, draftsmen, and 3D visualizers.
- Act as primary client contact – presentations, requirement gathering & satisfaction.
- Develop and review design concepts ensuring compliance with codes & standards.
- Conduct site visits, resolve issues, and align execution with design intent.
- Maintain quality control & documentation for all deliverables.
- Support business development and mentor junior team members.
- Skills Required
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, MS Office & related tools.
- Solid design sensibility, project management & client-handling skills.
- Knowledge of building codes, Vastu, and design standards.
