- Provide advanced critical care nursing to medically complex patients in their homes.
- Continuously assess the patient's condition, monitor vital signs, and identify early signs of deterioration.
- Manage ventilators, tracheostomy care, oxygen therapy, BiPAP/CPAP, and other critical care equipment.
- Administer prescribed medications, IV fluids, injections, and enteral/parenteral nutrition safely.
- Perform specialized nursing procedures, including suctioning, wound care, catheter care, and PEG/Ryle's tube management.
- Respond promptly to medical emergencies and initiate life-saving interventions within the scope of practice.
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and communicate patient progress to the physician and healthcare team.
- Educate family members and caregivers on critical care procedures, emergency preparedness,



and infection prevention.
- Ensure strict adherence to infection control, patient safety, and quality care standards while delivering home-based ICU care.
- Collaborate with physicians, physiotherapists, respiratory therapists, and other multidisciplinary team members to achieve the best possible patient outcomes.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹48,500.00 per month
