Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central Architect with strong expertise in Dynamics GP (Great Plains) to D365 Business Central migrations. The ideal candidate will lead enterprise ERP transformation initiatives, architect scalable Business Central solutions, and drive end-to-end cloud migration projects.

Key Responsibilities

- Architect and implement Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central solutions.
- Lead 1–2 end-to-end Dynamics GP to D365 Business Central migration projects.
- Perform migration assessments, gap analysis, solution design, and data migration.
- Design integrations using REST APIs, OData, SOAP, Azure Integration Services, and external business applications.
- Develop AL extensions, customizations, and Business Central solutions.
- Integrate D365 BC with Salesforce, ServiceNow, Azure, and other enterprise systems.
- Ensure security, RBAC, compliance, governance, and best practices.
- Leverage Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI) for business automation.
- Mentor development teams and provide architectural guidance throughout project delivery.
