We are looking for passionate Travel Consultants who can help customers plan memorable holidays and convert inquiries into successful bookings.

Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Customer Handling

- Handle incoming travel inquiries through calls, WhatsApp, emails, social media, and website leads.
- Understand customer travel requirements and recommend suitable holiday packages.
- Convert leads into confirmed bookings through effective sales and follow-up.
- Build strong relationships with customers and provide excellent customer service.

Holiday Package Planning

- Design and customize domestic and international holiday packages.
- Suggest destinations, hotels, sightseeing, transfers, and travel activities based on customer preferences.
- Prepare attractive travel quotations and itineraries.

Booking & Operations Coordination

- Assist customers with flight bookings, hotel reservations, transfers, visas, travel insurance, and other travel-related services.
- Ensure smooth execution of travel arrangements.





Follow-Up & Customer Retention

- Maintain regular follow-up with prospective clients.
- Upsell premium services and additional travel products.
- Collect customer feedback and encourage repeat business and referrals.

Candidate Requirements Qualification

- Graduate in any discipline.
- Degree/Diploma in Travel & Tourism preferred.

Experience

- 1–5 years of experience in Travel Sales, Holiday Packages, or Tour Operations.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply.

Skills Required

- Robust sales and negotiation skills.
- Excellent communication in English and Hindi.
- Knowledge of domestic and international destinations.
- Ability to create customized itineraries and quotations.
- Proficiency in MS Office, Email, and CRM tools.
- Customer-centric approach and problem-solving ability.
