We are looking for a passionate and result-oriented Physics Faculty to teach students effectively, build strong conceptual understanding, and prepare them for school examinations as well as competitive exams such as IIT-JEE/NEET (based on assignment). The candidate should possess excellent subject knowledge, classroom management skills, and a student-centric teaching approach.
Key Responsibilities
- Teach Physics to students as per the assigned curriculum.
- Deliver engaging classroom sessions using conceptual and application-based teaching methods.
- Prepare lesson plans, study materials, assignments, worksheets, and question papers.
- Conduct regular tests, evaluate answer scripts, and provide constructive feedback.
- Monitor students' academic progress and maintain performance records.
- Identify slow learners and provide additional academic support.
- Prepare students for Board Exams, Olympiads, IIT-JEE, and NEET (if assigned).
- Participate in parent meetings, faculty meetings, and academic planning sessions.
- Maintain classroom discipline and promote a positive learning environment.
- Coordinate with the Academic Coordinator/HOD for syllabus planning and timely completion.
Qualifications
- M.Sc. Physics / B.Tech / M.Tech (Relevant Discipline)
- B.Ed. preferred for school teaching.
- Minimum 2–5 years of teaching experience (Freshers with excellent subject knowledge may also apply).
Required Skills
- Strong conceptual knowledge of Physics.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to simplify complex concepts.
- Good classroom management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and digital teaching tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Preferred Experience
- Experience in teaching CBSE/State Board curriculum.
- Experience in IIT-JEE/NEET Foundation or Competitive Exam coaching will be an added advantage.
