- Store Manager (Plastic Injection Molding Company)

Responsibilities:

- Inventory Management: Develop and implement effective inventory control strategies to ensure accurate stock levels, minimize stock discrepancies, and optimize inventory turnover rates.
- Procurement and Replenishment: Coordinate with procurement teams to ensure timely purchase orders and replenishment of materials, components, and packaging items as per production requirements.
- Warehouse Operations: Supervise daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, picking and shipping of materials. Ensure adherence to safety guidelines and efficient utilization of warehouse space.
- Stock Accuracy: Conduct regular cycle counts, stock audits, and reconciliation processes to maintain accurate inventory records. Investigate and resolve any discrepancies promptly.
- Documentation and Reporting: Maintain detailed records of inventory transactions, purchase orders, and other relevant documentation. Generate regular reports on inventory levels, stock movement, and key performance indicators (KPIs) for management review.
- Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of warehouse staff, including training, coaching, and performance evaluations. Foster a positive work environment and promote a culture of efficiency, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process optimization, automation, and streamlining of warehouse operations. Implement best practices and contribute to overall operational excellence.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production,



quality control, and logistics, to ensure seamless material flow and support production schedules.
- Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, logistics, business administration, or a related field. Additional certifications in inventory management or warehousing would be a plus.
- Experience: At least 2 years of experience in inventory management, warehousing, or logistics, preferably in a manufacturing environment, with specific exposure to plastic injection molding or related industries.
- Strong Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of inventory control techniques, procurement processes, warehouse management systems (WMS), and ERP systems. Familiarity with plastic injection molding processes and materials will be advantageous.
