Job Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Trainee HR to support daily HR operations and learn end-to-end human resource functions. The role is ideal for fresh graduates who want to build a robust foundation in HR practices, policies, and people management.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Assist in recruitment activities such as sourcing resumes, scheduling interviews, and maintaining candidate records
- Support onboarding and induction processes for new employees
- Maintain and update employee records, HR databases, and documentation
- Assist in attendance, leave management, and basic payroll coordination
- Help in organizing training sessions, employee engagement activities, and HR events
- Support HR team in policy implementation and compliance-related documentation
- Handle basic employee queries and provide HR-related assistance
- Prepare HR reports, MIS, and presentations as required
- Ensure confidentiality of employee and organizational data

Skills & Competencies

- Basic understanding of HR concepts and labor laws
- Good communication and interpersonal skills




- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and professional attitude

Qualifications

- Graduate or Postgraduate in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- HR certification or internship experience will be an added advantage
