As an Order Processing & Coordination Executive, you will be the central link between our sales channels, factory operations, and customer service. This role demands precision, responsiveness, and robust coordination skills to ensure smooth order processing and timely fulfilment across our cosmetics and nail polish product lines.

Core Responsibilities

Order Intake & Processing

- Receive and process orders from WhatsApp, email, and phone calls
- Accurately enter sales orders into Tally for accounting and tracking
- Prepare purchase orders based on internal requests and customer demand

Reporting & Documentation

- Maintain and update the master product file for cosmetics and nail polish
- Generate and share daily/weekly reports of pending orders with Dinesh Sir
- Track order status, dispatch schedules, and fulfilment timelines

Communication & Coordination

- Respond to customer and party queries regarding order status, pending items, and dispatch




- Liaise with the factory to ensure timely production and dispatch of pending orders
- Follow up with parties to confirm delivery and resolve any discrepancies

Candidate Profile

Must-Have Skills

- Proficiency in Tally and MS Excel is MUST (including formulas, sorting, and filtering)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and reporting
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively Preferred Qualifications
- 1–3 years of experience in order processing, logistics, or inventory coordination
- Familiarity with cosmetics, FMCG, or retail supply chain operations
- Experience handling B2B customer queries and vendor coordination

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
