· You must recruit and maintain a team of minimum 2 ABM(Assistant Business Manager) for the sale of Roslis Premium Cards in the first month in your respected region.
· In case of any ABM resignation/termination, you must fill the vacancy immediately to maintain the minimum strength.
· Ensure that each ABM under your team must achieve a minimum sales target.
· You must submit a performance report in the prescribed format to the Regional Marketing Officer - RMO everyday.
· You are required to achieve and maintain the assigned monthly performance targets.
· Indicative remuneration: The total earnings for a confirmed BDM will be in line with company norms , industry standards and the detailed structure will be shared in the Engagement Letter upon confirmation.

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹150,000.00 per month
