We are looking for a results-driven PPC & SEO Expert to plan, execute, and optimize paid and organic marketing campaigns across multiple digital platforms. The ideal candidate is analytical, hands-on, and passionate about driving traffic, leads, and conversions through data-backed strategies.

Key Responsibilities

PPC (Paid Advertising):

- Plan, launch, and manage PPC campaigns on Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), YouTube, and other relevant platforms
- Perform keyword research, audience targeting, ad copy creation, and A/B testing
- Optimize campaigns for ROAS, CPA, CTR, and conversions
- Monitor budgets, bids, and performance daily
- Create detailed performance reports and actionable insights

SEO (Search Engine Optimization):

- Conduct in-depth keyword research and competitor analysis
- Optimize on-page SEO (meta tags, content structure, internal linking, page speed)
- Manage off-page SEO strategies (link building, outreach, citations)
- Identify and fix technical SEO issues (crawl errors, indexing, site health)
- Track rankings, organic traffic,



and conversions using analytics tools

Strategy & Collaboration:

- Work closely with content, design, and development teams
- Align paid and organic strategies for maximum impact
- Stay updated with algorithm changes, trends, and best practices

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Proven experience managing PPC and SEO campaigns
- Strong understanding of Google Ads, Google Analytics, Google Search Console
- Hands-on experience with keyword tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, etc.)
- Solid analytical and reporting skills
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

Preferred (Nice to Have)

- Experience with e-commerce or lead-generation businesses
- Knowledge of conversion rate optimization (CRO)
- Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, or CMS platforms (WordPress, Shopify, etc.)
