Job Summary

We are hiring an experienced Admission Counsellor / Academic Counsellor who has worked in academies, coaching centres, colleges, universities, training institutes, or EdTech companies. The ideal candidate should have experience in selling educational courses, counselling students, and converting admission enquiries into enrollments.

Key Responsibilities

- Counsel prospective students and parents through phone calls, WhatsApp, email, and direct interactions.
- Understand students' educational background, interests, and career goals.
- Recommend suitable degree programs and educational courses.
- Convert enquiries into successful admissions through effective counselling and follow-ups.
- Achieve monthly admission and revenue targets.
- Handle inbound and outbound leads efficiently.
- Maintain accurate student records in the CRM and update lead status regularly.
- Coordinate with the Admissions, Academic, and Operations teams for document collection and student onboarding.
- Build strong relationships with prospective students throughout the admission process.
- Participate in admission drives, webinars, seminars, and promotional activities.




- Ensure a smooth and skilled admission experience for every student.

Eligibility

- Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
- 6 months to 5 years of experience in Admission Counselling, Academic Counselling, Student Counselling, Education Sales, or Course Sales.
- Experience in academies, coaching centres, colleges, universities, training institutes, or EdTech companies is highly preferred.
- Candidates should have hands-on experience in selling educational courses or academic programs.
- Excellent communication, counselling, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM software.
