Designation: Accounts Executive

Educational Qualification: Graduation in Accounts

Work Experience: Freshers & experienced upto 1 year are preferred

Location: Dankuni

Salary: As per industry standards

Skills and Requirements:

· Proven experience as an Accounts Executive

· Outstanding knowledge of MS Office and Tally Prime or Tally ERP 9 is a plus

· Organizational and time-management skills

Roles & Responsibilities:

· Accurate preparation of the annual budget of an organization. While each department may develop its own budget, the Accounts Executive examines them and makes adjustments depending on the company's overall financial expectations.

· As an Accounts Executive, you may collaborate closely with other members of top-level management, including the chief financial officer and the company president.

· Financial reporting is critical to a business' success.



As an Accounts Executive it's significant for you to be able to translate what others perceive as random figures into clear, precise information on the financial development of the organization

· Maintaining fundamental reports such as a balance sheet, cash flow statement, and profit and loss statement are essential, it's equally vital for you to also be able to analyze data by department.

· Should understand which tax forms to file and when. This may involve employee withholding taxes or sales taxes. Accounts Executive oversee the timely and complete payment of all taxes.

· Copy cheques or invoices, record payments, and expenditures into a financial software system, file accounting papers, and assist with reporting.

Working Hour: General day shift of 9 hours (6 days/week)

Interview Location: Park Street

Pay: ₹9,500.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
