Position Summary

The Fundraising & Partnerships executive will be responsible for identifying funding opportunities, developing high-quality grant proposals, concept notes, CSR proposals, partnership pitches, donor reports, and strategic documentation. The role requires close coordination with program, monitoring & evaluation, finance, and leadership teams to convert organizational initiatives into compelling, evidence-based proposals.

The ideal candidate should possess strong writing skills, donor understanding, analytical abilities, and the capability to translate programmatic work into fundable project designs.

Key Responsibilities

Proposal Development

- - Draft high-quality grant proposals for CSR, foundations, government agencies, bilateral and multilateral donors.
- Develop concept notes, project proposals, expressions of interest (EOIs), and technical submissions.
- Convert field insights and program requirements into structured project narratives.
- Prepare budgets in coordination with finance and program teams.
- Ensure compliance with donor guidelines and submission requirements.
- Customize proposals according to donor priorities and funding themes.

Donor Research & Opportunity Mapping

- - Identify relevant funding opportunities from CSR, philanthropic foundations, international agencies,



and government sources.
- Maintain a funding pipeline tracker.
- Conduct donor landscape analysis and prospect research.
- Monitor grant portals, CSR disclosures, foundation websites, and donor announcements.

Project Design Support

- - Assist in developing project frameworks, Theory of Change, Logframes, Results Frameworks, and M&E; indicators.
- Support program teams in defining outcomes, outputs, indicators, and implementation strategies.
- Contribute to impact measurement frameworks and reporting structures.

Partnerships & Business Development

- - Support development of partnership decks and organizational profiles.
- Prepare institutional capability statements and organizational presentations.
- Assist in donor engagement and partnership meetings.
- Maintain records of donor interactions and proposal submissions.

Reporting & Documentation

- - Draft donor reports, annual reports, impact summaries, and success stories.
- Develop case studies and project briefs.
- Coordinate collection of program data and evidence for reporting purposes.
- Maintain proposal repository and donor documentation database.

Knowledge Management

- - Develop and maintain standard proposal templates.
- Build organizational content libraries, including project descriptions, organizational achievements, beneficiary stories, and impact statistics.
- Document best practices and lessons learned.

Essential Qualifications

Education

- - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Public Health, Development Studies, Social Work, Public Policy, Rural Development, Healthcare Management,



Business Administration, Communications, or related disciplines.

Experience

- - 2–5 years of experience in proposal writing, grant management, fundraising, CSR engagement, or development sector consulting.
- Experience writing proposals for NGOs, social enterprises, consulting firms, healthcare organizations, or development projects.
- Demonstrated success in preparing winning proposals is preferred.
Freshers are eligible with relevant skills and interest.

Technical Skills

- - Excellent proposal and grant writing skills.
- Strong understanding of project design methodologies.
- Knowledge of Theory of Change, LogFrame, Results Framework, and M&E; concepts.
- Budget preparation and donor compliance understanding.
- Research and analytical skills.
