- Strong consulting and technology acumen with regards to latest trends in the Ad Ops/Market Ops Industry
- Valuable analytical skills to provide clarity to complex issues and gather data-driven insights
- Ability to produce high caliber reports, PoVs, market relevant assets and accelerators with focus on Ad Ops/Market Ops
- Work with client and the transformation team on design elements of the solution
- Drive Improvement projects/activities across the Solutions Team
