Job Description:

We are looking for a resilient, empathic business development executive to contribute to the growth of our company. Business development executives are responsible for finding and retaining clients, encouraging extant clients to purchase added products or features, and remaining abreast of changes in consumption. You will also be required to build capacity in staff through regular training and mentorship.

Responsibilities:

- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
- Must have positive knowledge of Internet, Website, Email, Social Media Marketing, Web Design Services, and Other Information Technologies.
- Proficiency in MS Office Word, Excel,



PowerPoint, etc., as required.
- Understanding the project requirement & making client relations.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- The ability to influence and negotiate with others.
- Commercial awareness.
- The ability to think creatively and strategically.
- Organizational skills.
- Self-motivation and the ability to be motivated by targets.

Requirements:

- Lead Generation.
- Knowledge about online bidding platforms like Upwork, Freelancer, LinkedIn, etc.
- Getting business through different channels (Upwork, Guru, PPH, Email Marketing, etc.).
- Interaction with international clients.
