Job Title: Collection Manager

Location: Coimbatore, Tirupur, Ooty

Salary : 25k to 32k

Requirements

- Bachelor’s Degree (preferred)
- 5+ years of experience in collections, preferably in chit funds / finance
- Experience in team handling is mandatory
- Solid knowledge of recovery processes and customer handling
- Willingness to travel for field supervision

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage the collections team (field & office staff)
- Develop and implement collection strategies to reduce outstanding dues
- Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly collection targets
- Review aging reports and prioritize high-risk accounts
- Ensure timely follow-ups and customer visits for recovery
- Train and guide collection executives for better performance




- Handle escalated customer cases and disputes
- Maintain accurate reports and MIS on collections
- Ensure compliance with legal and company policies
- Support the sales team as required to achieve overall business targets

Additional Requirements

Two-wheeler & valid driving license

Ability to handle field pressure and targets

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
