Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and experienced Senior Interior Designer with a minimum of 5 years of professional experience in residential, commercial, or hospitality projects. The candidate must have robust expertise in 3D visualization, rendering, and AI-based design tools, along with excellent execution and site coordination skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop innovative interior design concepts based on client requirements.
- Prepare detailed 2D drawings, layouts, working drawings, and BOQs.
- Create high-quality 3D models, walkthroughs, and photorealistic renders.
- Use AI-based design tools for concept development, mood boards, space planning, and visualization.
- Coordinate with architects, consultants, vendors, and site teams.
- Conduct site visits to ensure design implementation as per drawings.
- Select materials, finishes, furniture, lighting, and décor elements.
- Manage project timelines and ensure timely delivery.
- Present design concepts effectively to clients.

Required Skills & Technical Expertise

Software Skills:

- AutoCAD (Mandatory)
- SketchUp / 3ds Max (Preferred)
- V-Ray / Lumion / Enscape (Preferred)
- Photoshop (Preferred)
- MS Office

AI & Advanced Tools Knowledge (Preferred):

- AI-based rendering tools (e.g., Midjourney, DALL·E, Reliable Diffusion or similar)




- AI interior visualization & mood board tools
- Understanding of AI-assisted space planning and design optimization

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Interior Design / Architecture.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
- Strong portfolio showcasing 3D visualization and executed projects.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Preferred Skills

- Experience in luxury residential or commercial interiors.
- Knowledge of sustainable materials and smart design solutions.
- Basic understanding of project costing and budgeting.

Leadership experience (if handling junior designers).
