Job Summary:

We are seeking a qualified and experienced Site Engineer to manage day-to-day operations on construction sites and ensure that projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in civil engineering or a related field, and a proven track record of handling construction activities on-site

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise and manage site activities, ensuring compliance with design specifications and safety standards.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, site workers, consultants, and clients.
- Monitor project progress and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
- Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications.
- Ensure availability and proper utilization of materials, tools, and equipment.




- Attend site meetings and resolve technical issues as they arise.
- Liaise with design and engineering teams to ensure smooth workflow.
- Support project planning and scheduling functions.
- Ensure all work complies with relevant codes and standards.

Qualifications and Skills:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline.
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in site engineering roles.
- Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
- Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Project, or other project management software.
- Robust communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure.
- Knowledge of local building codes and safety regulations.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
