Job Title: Lab Assistant
Experience Required: Approximately 0–2 Years

Job Location: Badarkha, Dholka (In-person)

Qualification

- Diploma or B.Sc. in Chemistry
- M.Sc. in Chemistry / Chemical Engineering / Paint Technology will be given preference

Job Responsibilities

- Assist in preparation and testing of samples as per standard lab procedures.
- Maintain laboratory instruments, glassware, and chemical inventory.
- Conduct routine chemical and physical tests (e.g., viscosity, density, pH, tensile/flexural, adhesion).
- Record, organize, and maintain test data accurately in lab records.
- Support R&D; or Quality Control teams in product development or batch testing.
- Ensure lab cleanliness, safety compliance, and proper waste disposal.
- Calibrate instruments and report any malfunctions or deviations.




- Handle raw materials and finished product testing as per company standards.

Skills Required

- Positive knowledge of laboratory procedures and safety norms.
- Experience with testing instruments like a viscometer, pH meter, balance, UTM machine, etc.
- Basic understanding of MS Office or digital lab recording.
