Job Summary

We are looking for a Project Coordinator – Junior Executive to support the planning, execution, and monitoring of automation and Special Purpose Machine (SPM) projects. The candidate will coordinate with design, purchase, production, assembly, and customers to ensure projects are completed on time and within scope.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate project activities from order receipt to project completion.
- Monitor project schedules and track progress against milestones.
- Coordinate with Design, Purchase, Stores, Production, Assembly, and PLC teams.
- Follow up on material availability and production status.
- Prepare and maintain project documentation, reports, and trackers.
- Assist in planning machine assembly, testing, dispatch, and commissioning activities.
- Communicate project updates to internal teams and customers.
- Track project timelines and escalate delays when required.
- Prepare MOM (Minutes of Meeting) and action-item reports.




- Support the Project Manager in daily project execution and coordination.

Required Skills

- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Basic knowledge of project management principles.
- Understanding of manufacturing or industrial automation processes.
- Knowledge of BOM (Bill of Materials), production planning, and material follow-up.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- ERP software knowledge is an added advantage.
- Robust organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a team and manage multiple tasks.

Qualification

- B.E./B.Tech (Mechanical, Electrical, ECE, Mechatronics) or MBA (Operations) / Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.

Preferred Experience

- Experience in SPM, industrial automation, machine manufacturing, or project coordination is preferred.
- Freshers with relevant internships or project experience are also encouraged to apply.
