Responsibilities -

- Manage and maintain Windows/Linux servers and enterprise infrastructure.
- Administer Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policies, and user permissions.
- Monitor system performance, uptime, and server health.
- Configure and manage virtualization platforms such as VMware/Hyper-V.
- Maintain network devices including routers, switches, firewalls, and VPNs.
- Handle backup management and disaster recovery processes.
- Monitor IT security, antivirus, endpoint protection, and firewall policies.
- Provide L2/L3 technical support for server, network, and infrastructure issues.
- Manage cloud infrastructure on Amazon Web Services, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Coordinate with vendors for hardware and software support.




- Maintain infrastructure documentation and IT asset records.

Requirements -

- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
- Certifications preferred: Microsoft Certified, RHCE/RHCSA, CCNA/CCNP, VMware Certification, AWS/Azure Certifications.
