Requirements:
- Fresher to 1 year of experience in IT Sales / Business Development
- Strong understanding of website and mobile application development services
- Hands-on experience or strong exposure to cold calling and lead generation
- Experience with bidding platforms such as Upwork, Freelancer, etc.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and convincing skills
- Ability to confidently handle international clients (US/Global)
- Strong sales mindset with focus on conversions and results
- Self-motivated, proactive, and target-driven personality
- Ability to work in night shifts and manage client interactions effectively
- Responsible candidates only who are looking to build a long-term career in IT sales
